My wife and I are very picky buyers. Diane Harbison was the third agent we wroked with in the West Palm Beach area. She is a knowledgable saint. Diane patiently took us to homes all over the Palm Beach County area and gently guided us when we needed a nudge. As we were still iving in the north we could not be in Palm Beach for every inspection, etc. She gladly attended those and protected our interests. We were close yo closing on one home and Diane did the walk through. She uncovered a significant water leak while walking through the yard and sinking up to her knees. We could not have asked for a more qualified person to do the job. Within a week of listing our home we a had a cash deal contract for $40,000.00, above the appraised price, and closed three weeks later. There is no doubt that Diane's research, assistance with staging our home, and knowledge of local market conditions made this transaction happen, and brought us a price that reflected the true value of our home. During the construction of our new home, Diane was by our side whenever we needed her professional assistance and advice.
